Warranty Coverage for Foldawheel Power Wheelchairs & Lloyd Standing Wheelchairs
Warranty is valid only if all related payments are fully settled.
Frame Structure (5 years): We use quality materials and workmanship for durable frames. If issues arise, replacement parts will be provided; customers cover shipping costs.
Motors, Controller, Charger (2 years): Electronic parts are replaced with new components during warranty. Shipping for replacements is covered by us. Defective parts may need to be returned.
Battery (1 year): High-quality Li-ion batteries are covered for one year.
Wear & Tear Parts: Not covered under warranty. These parts include storage or travel bags, armrest pads, cables, nuts & bolts, tires, bearings, backrest, and seat cushions, available for purchase at reasonable prices.

Warranty for all Mobility Scooters, Xsto & Whill Power Chairs
One-year warranty for the every part of the product, excluding wear & tear parts.
Warranty for Manual Wheelchairs & Rehab Products
Six months warranty on frame structure; wear & tear parts excluded.
Transfer of Ownership
Warranty is valid if the new user’s details are updated with us at the time of transfer; otherwise, the warranty is void.
Warranty Exclusions
Covers only defects not caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims
Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Claims without adequate visual evidence may not be eligible.
Service & Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended for optimal performance.

The warranty covers only non-deliberate and non-accidental damage. It does not cover damages caused by negligence, improper usage, including misuse due to limited understanding or skills, abuse, modifications, improper storage or handling, or normal wear and tear. Accidental or intentional damages are also excluded from warranty coverage. If you need to file a warranty claim, please ensure the issue falls within the warranty terms and provide detailed information, including photos or videos, to help us process your claim efficiently.
If your product encounters an issue, don’t worry. Please provide us with photos and videos clearly showing the problem to help us assess the situation more quickly. Without these visual proofs, warranty parts may not be provided free of charge. We appreciate mutual understanding to ensure fairness for both parties.
