We will normally send out all our parcels by DHL / Fedex. Under special requests, we can send through other methods assigned by customers. But no matter which way we use to send your order, the safety of the parcel is our #1 priority. So should you receive a parcel and found the parcel to be broken from the appearance, please take photos and videos instantly as proof.
We can only start to prepare the products once the accounting department confirms your payment is being received in full.
Kindly note that our legal entity is Wheelchair88 Ltd and our central bank account is located in HSBC Bank Hong Kong. Other than that we accept Credit Cards, Paypal, and Payoneer.
We hope you will not cancel any order because we probably spent 2-3 days preparing your order, and the credit card or payment gateway already charged us their handling fee. Therefore cancellation of the order would cost you some finance charges. (NOT from us, but your credit card or the payment gateway company).
Should you want to cancel an order before our shipment notice, we will return your paid amount minus necessary finance charges. That is because credit card charges of 3% are not reversible under the credit card company policy. PayPal charges are even higher, which is 3.5%.
Should you want to cancel an order after the shipment is sent, you will have to bear the cost of delivery and return.
